This respiratory nursing contract places you on a 42-bed Medical Respiratory Unit in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where you'll provide vital care to patients with complex lung conditions such as pneumonia, COPD, and other respiratory issues. Your role involves working 12-hour night shifts, with a flexible schedule of 36 to 48 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday coverage. You’ll float to other units and hospitals as needed, offering support across the facility. A strong 2-year nursing background and current Alabama or Compact RN license are required, along with BLS certification.
