Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a fast-paced Emergency Department Holding unit in Wilmington, North Carolina, where you'll support adult medical and surgical patients waiting for inpatient beds. Expect to float between MS/Tele, ED, and MedSurg areas, managing high-acuity cases including dysrhythmias, colostomy care, and airway management. The shift involves 12-hour night hours, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks. Be prepared for a role that demands flexibility, quick thinking, and solid telemetry skills—plus occasional storm or disaster duty, making every night a different adventure.
