This ICU travel assignment in Marion, Illinois, offers a challenging but rewarding opportunity for experienced critical care professionals. Working 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract, you'll be supporting a busy 18-bed unit that combines ICU and step-down patients. Your expertise in neuro assessments, ventilator management, and sepsis protocols will be essential as you float to step-down care when needed.
