Job Description:

Join a high-energy Cardiac Cath Lab as a Registered Nurse in Fredericksburg, VA, where you'll be actively monitoring and circulating in a bustling, high-volume environment. Your daily routine will include overseeing 4 to 7 cases across three state-of-the-art labs, with a focus on complex procedures like TAVRs, Watchman device placements, Impella support, and STEMI response. The schedule comprises four 10-hour shifts, primarily during daytime hours, with rotating on-call duties covering weekends, holidays, and after-hours, ensuring you stay engaged and adaptable. This role is ideal for RNs with at least 1 year of cardiac or critical care experience, ready to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting that demands precision and resilience. Scrubs are provided to ensure you're comfortable and prepared to focus on what matters most—delivering expert support in a dynamic catheterization lab environment.
