Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Department RN at Mercy Hospital Springfield, located in a bustling urban trauma center. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care across all age groups, managing assessments, planning, and interventions for a high-volume, high-acuity environment. This assignment offers the chance to work a 12-hour mid-shift schedule, from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, delivering critical care in a Level 1 trauma, stroke, and burn center. The experience gained here includes trauma, pediatrics, and managing over 200 patients daily, in a fast-paced setting where decisiveness and flexibility are key. This position is a great fit for a determined professional eager to handle complex cases in a supportive hospital environment.
