Job Description:

This respiratory therapy contract offers a hands-on role within a 280-bed acute care hospital in Evansville, Indiana. The RT will work 12-hour night shifts in a busy medical-surgical, ICU, and step-down units setting. Responsibilities include managing respiratory treatments such as BiPAP/CPAP, performing arterial blood gases, and supporting inpatient care with equipment and clinical procedures. The role involves floating to various inpatient units and requires a resilient, adaptable professional capable of handling change with efficiency. This assignment provides a chance to gain experience in a high-volume hospital while working in a lively, urban environment that’s never short of activity.
