Job Description:

Join a busy ICU team in a reputable acute care hospital located in Belleville, Illinois. This ICU Registered Nurse role involves working 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) on a 3x12 schedule, providing critical care support to patients with complex needs. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to hone advanced skills such as line insertion, intubation, and managing hypothermia protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with a skilled team in a Magnet-recognized facility, frequently adapting to varying clinical scenarios within the ICU and IMCU. The position requires at least 2 years of ICU experience, current ACLS, NIH, and BCLS certifications, and the ability to work weekends. The schedule guarantees 36 hours weekly, with options to work more hours during the week, and no on-call duties are involved.
