Job Description:

This 13-week contract position as a registered nurse involves delivering direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts at a facility in Tucson, AZ. The role emphasizes assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care, with a focus on individualized patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions. You'll coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify care plans, ensure timely documentation, and support patient and family education. The assignment offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where accurate communication and clinical judgment are essential. Expect to engage in a variety of clinical activities, supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
