Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week contract in Topeka, Kansas. This role offers the flexibility of working either 36 or 48 hours per week, with a consistent night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Your responsibilities will include charting using Epic and collaborating with the ER team to ensure high-quality patient documentation. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of ER RN experience, hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS, and be comfortable managing a fast-paced environment during overnight hours. First-time travel nurses are welcome, and medical certifications need to be in hand upon submission. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to work in a busy ER setting while exploring the city after shifts.
