Job Description:

This MICU Registered Nurse position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a Level Trauma teaching hospital with a 521-bed capacity. You will be providing specialized care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, primarily during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role involves floating within scope across three nearby hospitals—Martin North, South, and Tradition—giving you a chance to experience diverse clinical environments. Pasters and first-timers are welcome, with a requirement of at least 18 months of MICU experience. The assigned tasks include managing critically ill patients, administering medications, and utilizing EPIC charting systems. This assignment emphasizes efficiency—especially in completing time-sensitive modules—while offering an opportunity to enhance your critical care expertise amidst the vibrant Florida setting.
