Job Description:

This radiologic technologist position involves performing venipuncture, administering isotopes, and positioning patients for accurate imaging procedures. You will be responsible for capturing a series of images, sending them to PACS for radiologist interpretation, and completing documentation for radiation safety and equipment testing. Educating patients and their families about procedures and maintaining thorough records are essential parts of this role.

A playful note: In this role, you'll be the one behind the camera—literally—ensuring images are crystal clear and all safety protocols are followed. You'll also serve as a mentor to new team members and coordinate patient scheduling, keeping the department running smoothly. Call rotation is part of the schedule, offering a dynamic rhythm to your work week. The assignment is set in a busy, professional environment that values precision, safety, and collaborative effort.
