Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Randallstown, MD, for a 13-week contract focused on surgical orthopedics and Med-Surg patients. This role involves caring for patients from the Emergency Department who meet admission criteria, including general medical patients, post-operative surgical cases like appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and colorectal surgeries, as well as orthopedic surgeries such as knee, hip, and shoulder replacements. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, providing vital support during high-pressure situations. It’s a hands-on role that requires a minimum of two years of experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and comfort with Cerner documentation. This assignment offers the chance to build your skills in a busy surgical unit while enjoying the rewarding challenge of acute patient care.
