Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a challenging opportunity for experienced ICU RNs to work in a high-acuity cardiac care unit with a vibrant team. You'll be responsible for managing post-operative open heart patients, including those with ventricular assist devices, arrhythmias, and ventilator dependence. The role involves close collaboration with hospitalists and intensivists, handling complex drips and advanced monitoring systems. Your expertise in CRRT, temporary pacemakers, and post-op cardiac care will be essential. The setting is fast-paced, with a focus on precision and teamwork, making this a unique chance to sharpen your critical care skills in a specialized environment.
