Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position in Columbus offers an opportunity to work in a specialized pediatric setting with an emphasis on intensive care for newborns. The role involves providing direct patient support in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, with a focus on managing trach care, supporting families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The assignment includes floating to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown units, and occasionally to the ED, with the possibility of working across multiple campuses. The schedule features four 12-hour day shifts per week, providing a steady routine for a dedicated NICU nurse with at least one year of level IV NICU experience. This assignment is uniquely suited for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability across various units while maintaining excellent patient and family support.
