Job Description:

Join a rural hospital team as an OR Circulator/Scrub RN, where you'll be at the forefront of perioperative care in a setting that values adaptability and broad skills. This role involves sharing responsibilities across multiple surgical specialties, including general, hand, gynecology, ophthalmology, podiatry, ENT, and endoscopy procedures. You'll coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgery, while also managing the sterile environment, preparing instruments, and collaborating closely with surgeons and perioperative staff. Emergency response, especially for c-sections, will be part of your routine, allowing you to make a tangible difference in acute situations.
