Job Description:

Join a transit team as a Transplant Registered Nurse in a bustling unit that offers a unique pulse of healthcare. You will deliver specialized patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), focusing on transplant and post-operative patients who require vigilant monitoring and skilled IV starts. This role requires adaptable nurses willing to float across units of similar or lower acuity, making each shift a new chance to refine your skills. Expect to work three 12-hour night shifts per week, with a schedule that keeps your days free. Your responsibilities include managing patient ratios around 1:5, utilizing telemetry equipment, and accurately documenting in the Epic system. Previous travel nursing experience and ACLS/BCLS certifications are preferred—this is a chance to bring your expertise to an environment that’s as challenging as it is rewarding.
