Job Description:

Join a renowned tertiary care hospital in Kansas City, MO, as a PCU Registered Nurse specializing in renal care. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts (6:45 am - 7:15 pm), providing a comprehensive experience in managing renal transplant patients, hemodialysis, wound care, and endocrine protocols. You'll be expected to handle a 1:5 patient ratio, with occasional flexibility, and participate in weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule. Expect to monitor cardiac rhythms, manage IV therapies, and care for complex post-transplant patients, all in a Magnet-recognized facility with a strong teaching focus.
