Job Description:

Join a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) serving infants at The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial in Nashville, TN. This role involves working in a 60-bed nursery with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2-3:1, utilizing Philips monitors and documenting in Meditech & Centricity Perinatal systems. The position requires managing neonates on a 12-hour day shift, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks. You'll be expected to collaborate with unit staff, perform advanced procedures, and adhere to strict certifications including nursing license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE. This assignment offers the chance to work in a facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a focus on high-quality neonatal care, all while floating to similar units based on hospital needs.
