Job Description:

This assignment at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, New Mexico, offers emergency room RNs the chance to work in a busy Level III trauma center serving the Four Corners region. You'll be providing acute emergency care in a 48-bed ED with a mix of adult and geriatric patients, including those with conditions like ESRD, COPD, and psychiatric disorders. The role involves team nursing within a pod system, and you'll be expected to carry out trauma, stroke, STEMI, and sepsis protocols. The Mids shift (10A-10P, 12P-12A, or 3P-3A) lasts for 12 hours, with a 36-hour weekly commitment over 13 weeks.
