Job Description:

Join us as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Peoria, Illinois, working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated patient load, performing comprehensive initial assessments, developing and adjusting personalized care plans, and maintaining thorough documentation.
