Job Description:

Join a progressive care unit at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Thornton, CO, for a 13-week travel RN assignment. This 24-bed unit specializes in post-op recovery, cardiac, and orthopedics, offering a lively mix of surgical and cath lab patients. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts from 7A to 7P, with a typical weekly commitment of 36 hours. The role involves monitoring post-op orthopedic, cardiac, and general surgical patients, with patient ratios of 5:1, utilizing telemonitoring and post-op monitoring equipment. Previous RN experience in a hospital PCU setting, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, are required. Experience with Meditech EMR and cardiac procedures like post PCI, pacemaker patients, and ablations will give you an edge.
