Job Description:

This RN contract position places you in an operating room setting where you'll circulate during a variety of surgical procedures, including neuro, trauma, robotics, and more. The role involves supporting a fast-paced environment in a Level III Trauma Center with 16 total ORs, working primarily with complex cases such as craniotomies, spinal fusions, and robotic surgeries using DaVinci XI. Expect to work 10-hour days over 13 weeks, with responsibilities including IV starts, scrub assistance, and managing a diverse patient population from pediatrics to adults. You’ll operate within a supportive team, with scheduled on-call shifts for weekends, overnights, and holidays, all while adhering to strict response times. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in advanced surgical procedures, providing opportunities for skill enhancement in neuro and robotics.
