Job Description:

Join our neonatal intensive care unit in Charlotte, NC, on a 13-week contract working nights with 12-hour shifts. As a seasoned RN with at least 2 years of NICU experience, you'll be immersed in a high-acuity environment caring for some of the tiniest patients with complex needs, including respiratory distress, congenital heart defects, and neurological conditions. Expect to manage invasive lines, ventilators, and ECMO equipment, all within a team dedicated to teamwork and respect. This role offers the chance to work in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center with a busy census, requiring quick thinking and comfort navigating intensive neonatal scenarios. First-time travelers may be considered with manager approval, and your schedule includes weekends and holidays with no on-call expectations.
