Job Description:

Step into the critical world of neonatal intensive care where your expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN) will be pivotal in supporting fragile newborns with complex medical needs. This high-acuity assignment places you in a bustling Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center specializing in neonatal care, working 12-hour night shifts for approximately 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. The role involves managing ventilators, invasive lines, and critical procedures like ECMO and CRRT, within a team dedicated to delivering top-tier neonatal support. Expect to be hands-on with neonates suffering from respiratory distress, congenital heart issues, neurological concerns, and other complex diagnoses. The environment challenges your clinical skills and adaptability—offering a rewarding experience for seasoned NICU nurses comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-stakes situations.
