Job Description:

This Neonatal ICU contract offers a hands-on opportunity for experienced registered nurses eager to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. You'll manage a diverse caseload of critically ill newborns, with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity. Your expertise in managing ventilators, arterial lines, chest tubes, and ECMO support will be essential in this role. The position requires strong familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records and advanced neonatal skills. Expect to collaborate within a committed team of intensivists, resource nurses, and support staff, providing round-the-clock care in a busy 53-bed unit that handles a wide spectrum of diagnoses, from respiratory distress to congenital heart defects. This assignment promises a dynamic workday where every shift challenges your clinical skills and teamwork.
