Job Description:

Join a vibrant Labor and Delivery team at a Level 3 maternity unit in Lewiston, Maine, for an engaging 13-week travel assignment. As an RN in this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple obstetrical patients, including triage, labor, delivery, postpartum, and special care nursery duties. You'll assist with vaginal deliveries, recoveries from C-section surgeries, and newborn assessments, providing care that supports both mothers and neonates. The position features three 12-hour night shifts per week, working in a supportive environment that values experienced clinicians trained in labor and delivery procedures. This assignment offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing EPIC and Powerchart electronic health records, and to develop your expertise in high-acuity obstetric care while enjoying a lively community setting.
