Job Description:

Join our team on a 13-week contract floating within the MS/TELE float pool at a facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This position requires working 12-hour night shifts, with the opportunity to accept 36 or 48 hours weekly. As a traveler in this role, you will be cross-trained to float between units and hospitals, providing essential support wherever needed. Your responsibilities will include adhering to hospital protocols, maintaining clear documentation in Meditech, and ensuring seamless patient-facing support within a fast-paced clinical environment. This role offers the chance to experience a variety of units, enhancing your versatility as a registered nurse while working in a collaborative setting that values flexibility and professionalism.
