Job Description:

Join a Neonatal ICU team in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a 13-week travel contract that offers a chance to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment caring for fragile newborns. This role involves managing critical conditions such as respiratory distress, congenital heart defects, and complex neurological issues. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential support to patients requiring specialized interventions like ventilator management, invasive line care, and ECMO management. The unit fosters collaborative teamwork and relies on your expertise to ensure excellent outcomes for the tiniest patients, making this a uniquely rewarding experience for neonatal critical care specialists.
