Job Description:

Join our Level I Trauma and teaching hospital in Albuquerque as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, primarily floating within the antepartum and postpartum units, and performing specialized procedures such as cerclage, version, C-sections, and fetal monitoring. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a large L&D setting, hold current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, and be comfortable with circulating and FHM skills. Experience with high-acuity deliveries, including meconium cases, is essential. No local candidates accepted, and some certifications like NRP need to be in hand upon submission. The facility supports a fast-paced, professional environment with opportunities to gain diverse obstetric experiences.
