Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Issaquah, Washington. This role involves circulating and scrub duties across various surgical specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, and neuro/spine procedures. You'll work four 10-hour days per week, primarily during the daytime shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse OR experience while supporting on-call coverage, which includes 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotation among approximately 15 RNs. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, valid active compact license, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS (preferred). Experience with robotics, ENT endoscopic procedures, and scrub skills are highly desirable. The environment emphasizes surgical excellence and teamwork, with occasional floating to other campuses and outpatient/inpatient settings.
