Job Description:

This contract opportunity is perfect for a skilled phlebotomist eager to work in a renowned healthcare setting. You'll be responsible for obtaining high-quality blood samples through various collection methods, including capillary, venous, assisted line, and arterial techniques, all while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. Your days will be dynamic, moving between the Rochester Methodist and St. Marys campuses, supporting patients across different units such as pediatrics, emergency, ICU, and operating rooms. Expect to respond swiftly to medical emergencies, manage accurate specimen labeling and transportation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals—all while maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor.
