Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse at a dedicated cancer center in New Brunswick, NJ. This 13-week contract offers an engaging role where you'll circulate in the OR and potentially scrub for complex surgical oncology procedures utilizing advanced technologies like the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System. You'll work five evenings per week, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, supporting surgical patients with a focus on oncology cases. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with EPIC charting and requires at least two years of trauma experience in Level I or II settings. Certification in BLS is mandatory, with ACLS and CNOR highly preferred. Floating to the main OR across a pedestrian bridge is part of the job, and all time off requests must be approved beforehand.
