Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN assignment in Springfield, MO, places you on the Medical 7B floor at Mercy Hospital Springfield. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing direct bedside care to adult patients with medical or med-tele units, including those with developmental delays. Your role involves utilizing your expertise in drug titration, monitoring patient responses, and coordinating care with other departments. Expect a fast-paced environment where decisiveness and flexibility are essential. As part of this assignment, you'll perform assessments, administer medications, and supervise ancillary staff while ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.
