Job Description:

This surgical assistant role at Hendersonville Medical Center places you right in the heart of the hospital’s bustling Surgery (FA) unit. You'll be supporting surgical procedures by assisting during surgeries, utilizing advanced surgical skills in a 10-bed unit equipped with modern surgical tools and MEDITECH documentation systems. The position involves 12-hour day shifts, providing ample time to focus and master your craft in a fast-paced environment. From preparing the operating room to collaborating with surgeons and staff, your hands-on role is essential to delivering smooth and efficient procedures. This assignment offers a chance to work with experienced staff and new equipment, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
