Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week assignment at a hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, providing care in the telemetry medicine unit. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts every other day, with the opportunity to develop expertise in managing cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, and substance abuse cases, often accompanied by underlying psychiatric conditions. You'll be working in a setting with 38 beds, supporting a patient population that requires specialized monitoring and IV skills. The role offers a balanced schedule with weekends and holidays every other week, giving you time to explore the vibrant city and surrounding areas. The unit operates with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights and weekends.
