Job Description:

This labor and delivery contract offers an intensive, high-energy environment where you'll be supporting obstetrical patients with 16 weeks and greater, including high-risk antepartum and postpartum care. The unit calls for experienced RNs familiar with rapid-paced shifts and handling over 300 births per month. Expect to manage double labor assignments daily, conduct sterile vaginal exams, assist with immediate newborn care, and participate in scheduled and unscheduled cesarean births. You'll work 12-hour days on a fast-moving, high-acuity unit that emphasizes teamwork and adaptability. Ideal for RNs with at least 2 to 3 years of solid labor and delivery experience, including circulating and OR skills, who thrive under pressure and are comfortable with a busy, demanding setting.
