Job Description:

Join us as a NICU RN at Mission Hospital’s 51-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Asheville, North Carolina. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a facility renowned for its specialized neonatal services, including a Level III NICU and the region’s only open heart and interventional cardiology programs. You will be responsible for caring for neonatal patients with a patient ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:4, providing critical support during complex procedures and daily care. The shift is scheduled from 12-hour nights, providing a steady rhythm and the chance to experience Asheville's vibrant community after hours. Certification in NRP is required, and NIC-RNC certification is preferred for this assignment, which promises a comprehensive experience working alongside a dedicated team in a hospital recognized for its excellence and growth.
