Job Description:

Join a vital healthcare team as a Radiation Therapist on a 26-week travel contract in Fairbanks, Alaska. In this role, you'll work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, utilizing your expertise with Varian TrueBeam equipment. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to deliver precise radiation treatments in a setting that emphasizes autonomy and technical proficiency. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of recent radiation therapy experience, with 4+ years preferred, and hold BLS and ARRT (T) certifications. While on-call duties are rare and only related to radiation emergencies, you'll also enjoy free housing for one occupant, provided you reside at least 50 miles outside of the city. You'll be an integral part of the treatment team, ensuring patients receive accurate and effective radiation therapy across a variety of clinical cases.
