Job Description:

Join the dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team in beautiful Kealakekua, Hawaii, where you'll provide vital support across ER and ICU settings. This role requires hands-on involvement in managing care for emergency and intensive care patients, with the flexibility to assist on other nursing units as needed. Your responsibilities will include monitoring telemetry, assisting with patient transport, sitting with patients, and being a proactive member of rapid response and code blue teams. Expect 12-hour evening and night shifts, working between 72-80 hours every two weeks. This unique assignment offers the chance to experience a variety of fast-paced scenarios in one of Hawaii's most scenic locations.
