Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a rural Minnesota hospital where you'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing vital support in a critical access hospital setting. You will be floating between emergency department and medical-surgical duties, handling diverse clinical scenarios that keep your skills sharp. With at least two years of relevant experience, you'll bring expertise to a team that values flexibility and dedication. The role involves working 36 hours weekly, with every other weekend on call, ensuring a steady rhythm that balances work and rest. EMR documentation is via Meditech, and appropriate scrubs are required. A Minnesota nursing license or temporary application is necessary—temporary licenses are typically quick to obtain, averaging 3-5 days. If facility housing is available and accepted, the bill rate may be reduced by $7.
