Job Description:

Join a busy emergency department in Prestonsburg, KY, as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves working 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a focus on providing skilled care in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to handle a variety of acute patient needs, assist with trauma debriefings, and work within a team that values professionalism and efficiency. The assignment offers a chance to experience the lively Eastern Kentucky community while developing your emergency nursing expertise. Please note, this position requires recent experience, active KY or compact licensure, and certification in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and CPI (or Avade). Float within scope is required, and accommodations are not available for local candidates—residency at least 75 miles from the facility is mandatory. Confirmation of acceptance must be completed within 24 hours of an offer.
