Job Description:

This approximately 13-week contract offers experienced invasive cardiology nurses a chance to step into the heart of Nashville’s renowned cardiology unit. You'll be scrubbed into complex procedures such as LHC, RHC, PCI, and more, working alongside a skilled team in a fast-paced, 125-bed facility. The schedule is regular with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with every other week on call. Your expertise in invasive monitoring and high-level communication will shine as you facilitate procedures involving advanced equipment like IABP and IMPELLA. This assignment presents a unique opportunity to hone specialized skills in a well-supported environment with a focus on patient safety and innovative technology. Familiarity with Mac Lab and Meditech systems is beneficial, and familiarity with a diverse spectrum of procedures and equipment makes for an engaging and rewarding experience.
