Job Description:

This radiology technologist role involves providing CT imaging services in a hospital setting, primarily working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be expected to perform a variety of scanned studies, including contrast and non-contrast CT scans, with an average of 16 to 24 scans daily. The position requires operating multiple GE scanners and coordinating with ER and inpatient departments. Flexibility is key, as you may float between Bryan and College Station campuses, and may occasionally precept new staff members. You will also handle IV insertions and respond to emergency call rotations every six weeks, with a 30-minute response time. Proper credentialing with ARRT (CT), BLS, and Texas MRT license is essential, along with maintaining dosimetry badges and complying with safety protocols. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced imaging equipment in a fast-paced hospital environment, with a team committed to delivering high-quality imaging services.
