Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team in Bismarck, ND, for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. This role is perfect for RNs with at least two years of NICU experience, particularly those familiar with Level III and Level IV NICUs. Your expertise in titrating drips such as antibiotics, TPN, and surfactant will be vital as you care for an open-bed, 22-bed NICU with a focus on intermediate to critical care. This setting features a central RN station giving a "fish bowl" view of the unit, and you'll attend deliveries for infants under 36 weeks with a range of diagnoses including RDS, prematurity, hypoglycemia, and IUGR. As part of your duties, you'll work alongside neonatologists and NNPs, with no patient care techs on the unit, fostering a close-knit, team-oriented environment. Hospital-provided scrubs, a two-shift orientation, and a schedule that may include rotating days and weekends make this a fulfilling opportunity for a proactive, family-centered RN.
