Job Description:

Join Carlsbad Medical Center as a Travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in beautiful New Mexico. This role involves administering respiratory therapies such as oxygen and aerosol treatments, managing ventilators, and performing arterial blood gas punctures—all in a busy hospital setting that values precision and safety. You'll work rotating day shifts from 5:30 am to 6:00 pm, providing critical support to patients, including pediatrics and neonates. This position offers a chance to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment, following established protocols, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver essential respiratory services. Being a certified or registered RT by the National Board of Respiratory Care, your expertise will be vital in ensuring patient well-being through accurate assessments, treatments, and procedures without the need for call duties.
