Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse contract offers a chance to work with fragile newborns, including those born as early as 22 weeks gestation. You will be responsible for providing specialized care in a fast-paced environment, with options to work 4x12-hour night shifts without call or 3x12-hour nights with scheduled bi-weekly call shifts. Your duties will include managing infants with conditions such as HIE, RDS, sepsis, and diaphragmatic hernia, utilizing advanced equipment like jet ventilators and incubators. Floats to other NICU units may be required, and proficiency with EPIC documentation (at least 1 year of experience) is essential. This role emphasizes clinical expertise and attention to detail in caring for our tiniest patients.
