Job Description:

This NICU RN position at Dupont Hospital offers a rewarding 13-week contract for experienced level 3 NICU nurses. You will provide specialized care for a diverse range of neonatal patients, from stable feeders to critically ill infants. The 12-hour overnight shifts (3P-3A) are designed for talented professionals ready to float across unit areas as needed, with block scheduling to accommodate your personal needs. Expect to work in a facility with 40 beds, caring for patients at a 1:1 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, with the opportunity to take advantage of bi-weekly or tri-weekly scheduling options. The role requires a current Indiana RN license, NICU level 3 experience, and certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NRP. Cerner EMR training will be utilized to document and coordinate patient care.
