Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse in a facility where you'll work in a specialized environment caring for fragile newborns. You'll attend deliveries—both vaginal and cesarean—and assist with the transition of infants to the NICU. Your role includes admitting and discharging neonates, coordinating care with the entire healthcare team, and supporting new mothers with breastfeeding. This assignment offers a chance to manage ventilators, central lines, and administer medications, all while providing compassionate and empathetic patient-centered care. Expect to be flexible with floating to NOU and the newborn nursery, ensuring every baby gets expert attention. The unit requires skilled nurses comfortable with procedures like PICC placements, assisting with imaging, and managing ventilators, all while demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
