Job Description:

Join our team as a Neuro ICU/IMCU RN and experience an engaging role that blends critical neuro care with the flexibility of working in both ICU and stepdown units. You will float between the two settings, managing patient needs with ratios typically ranging from 1-2 in ICU and 3-4 in stepdown. This assignment is ideal for RNs with strong neuro experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that challenges your skills and sharpens your clinical judgment. The role offers opportunities to apply your specialized expertise in neuro patient care while maintaining a schedule of 12-hour days over a 13-week contract. Your day will be filled with direct involvement in neuro-focused interventions, supporting patient recovery and stability in both ICU and stepdown settings.
