Job Description:

Join a specialized healthcare team as an Oncology Registered Nurse on a 16-week contract at a major medical facility. This role involves providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients with acute leukemia and other hematology conditions. You'll work a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering focused support in blood product management, IV therapy, and chemotherapy administration. The assignment emphasizes strict infection control protocols and falls prevention strategies, giving you a hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment. Self-scheduling is available to accommodate your preferences, and orientation includes both classroom and on-unit training with a preceptor.
